Operating Hours: Monday-Friday from 6 am-7 pm and Saturdays 9 am- noon. Closed Sundays and major holidays.
Each tenant has parking allocated pursuant to their specific lease. Building occupants may purchase parking permits by contacting SP Plus. Monthly parkers are issued display decals and key fobs to allow 24/7 access to the garage. Visitor and daily parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.

Motorcycle Parking
Motorcycle stalls for parking are available on P1 in the parking garage.
Parking Validations
Tenants may set up visitor validations by contacting SP Plus. Validations will be billed on a monthly basis.
Towing
The preferred towing company at Madison Centre is Lang Towing. They can be reached at 206-322-3383. Please notify building management if your vehicle is getting towed from the parking garage.
Vehicle Size
The maximum vehicle height in the parking garage is 7 feet.
Parking Access: Key Fobs and Key Cards
The gray button on the key fobs will allow roll-up gate access for the entrance to the garage after-hours. The key fob also works at the gate arms by holding the fob in front of the proximity sensor.
