Q: Is the fitness center open? If so, how do I sign up for a membership?
A: Yes, the REV Fitness Center is open 24 hours for members by reservation only. Staffed hours are M-F from 7am-1pm with a limit of 16 reservations per hour and 7 reservations per hour outside of staffed times. Personal training and massages are also available by appointment. Q: Is the Rooftop Terrace open?
A: Yes, the Rooftop Terrace is open to Tenants at 25% capacity on a first come first serve basis during the day.
Q: Is there an after-hours charge to reserve the conference rooms? Rooftop Terrace?
A: Yes, after-hours charges will apply after 3pm, M-F and after 1pm on Saturday's.
Q: Is Retro Coffee open?
A: Yes, Retro coffee is currently open during its regular business hours (M-F 7:00am – 2:00pm).
Q: Is Amazon Go open?
A: Yes, Amazon Go is currently open during its normal business hours (M-F 8:00am – 8:00pm).
Q: Do we need to make a reservation to use the loading dock?
A: Yes, please send a completed Loading Dock Request Form to loadingdock@schnitzerwest.com at least 24 hours before your delivery is scheduled to arrive.
Q: What are the parking garage hours?
A:The parking garage gate is open M-F 6:00am – 6:00pm and Sat. 7:00am – 12:00pm.
Q: How do our guests access the building while it is locked?
A: If you are expecting a guest who is not a tenant of the building, please arrange to have them call you upon their arrival so you can grant them access and escort them to your suite. They may also call building security to be let in but security will not be able to escort them to your floor without prior approval.
Q: Are tenants currently allowed to sit in the common areas?
A:Tenants are currently allowed to sit in the building common areas, however we ask that you continue to adhere to all building safety regulations including social distancing and wearing a mask at all times.

A: HVAC services are provided Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am-1:00pm.

A: Additional HVAC can be requested through a work order. The additional cost for HVAC is $17 per hour, per floor.
