Q: Is the fitness center open? If so, how do I sign up for a membership?
A:Yes, the REV Fitness Centre is open 24/7 for members only and staffed hours are from 7am-1pm. Q: Is the Rooftop Terrace open?
A: Yes, the Rooftop Terrace is open to Tenants at 50% capacity on a first come first serve basis during the day.
Q: Is there an after-hours charge to reserve the conference rooms? Rooftop Terrace?
A: Yes, the after-hours charge to reserve the conference rooms applies after 6pm M-F and on weekends. The after-hours charge to reserve the Rooftop Terrace applies after 3pm M-F and on weekends.
Q: Is Retro Coffee open?
A:Yes, Retro coffee is currently open during its regular business hours (M-F 6:00am ? 3:00pm).
Q: Do we need to make a reservation to use the loading dock?
A:Yes, please send a completed Loading Dock Request Form to loadingdock@schnitzerwest.comat least 24 hours before your delivery is scheduled to arrive.
Q: What are the parking garage hours?
A:The parking garage gate is open M-F 6:00am ? 6:00pm and Sat. 7:00am ? 12:00pm.
Q: How do our guests access the building while it is locked?
A: If you are expecting a guest who is not a tenant of the building, please arrange to have them call you upon their arrival so you can grant them access and escort them to your suite. They may also call building security to be let in but security will not be able to escort them to your floor without prior approval.
Q: Are tenants currently allowed to sit in the common areas?
A:Tenants are currently allowed to sit in the building common areas, however we ask that you continue to adhere to all building safety regulations including social distancing and wearing a mask at all times.

A: Additional HVAC can be requested through a work order. The additional cost for HVAC is $17 per hour, per floor.

A: Yes, the 1st floor conference rooms and Vashon Boardroom on the 2nd floor is reservable through Building Engines.
