Building Access

During operating hours, building access is unrestricted to common areas and multi-tenant floors. Floors with a single tenant will be accessible as determined by each tenant's policy.

For the safety and convenience of our tenants, Madison Centre is equipped with an electronic key card access system. During non-business hours or on holidays, building access will require a key card. Onsite security will assist individuals without a key card, pursuant to each Tenant's access protocol.

If you have clients or other visitors that will need access to the building after-hours, please contact Building Management at least two business days in advance to when access is required. For vendors that may be working in your space, please submit a Contractor Work Notification form to Building Management 72 hours in advance. If the loading dock is required, please submit and a Loading Dock Request form. These forms can be found under the 'Documents' tab.

Key cards are provided by the Management office upon move-in. Please notify Management immediately of a lost or stolen key card.

Additional key cards may be requested via a work order through Building Engines.
