Madison Centre uses an online building service request system called Prism. This web-based system allows the users to log-in wherever Internet is available and submit service requests such as: key card requests, cleaning needs, light bulb replacements, HVAC adjustments, plumbing issues, etc.
Please note keycard requests submitted via Prism will be completed within two business days. For any emergency/urgent requests please contact Building Management directly.
Building Management will provide each tenant representative with a user name and password to access Prism upon move-in.
