Rent Payments
Pursuant to the terms of each lease, all rent payments are due and payable in advance, without notice on or before the first of each month. As a courtesy, you will be sent a monthly statement for your rent and any other charges you may have incurred during the prior month. Payments received after the due date will be considered delinquent, and late charges will be assessed on the amount due.
