Loading Dock & Deliveries
The Madison Centre loading dock is located off the alley between 5th and 6th Avenue, on the east side of the building.
If a tenant is receiving a delivery that requires the use of the loading dock a Loading Dock form must be submitted to loadingdock@schnitzerwest.com . The locking dock is reserved for loading and unloading only for a maximum of 15 minutes.
Tenants are responsible for providing certificates of insurance for all vendors (including subcontractors) and deliveries at least two business days prior to onsite visit.
All large deliveries must be made outside of business hours on weekdays, or anytime between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. on weekends. Large deliveries must be scheduled at least two business days in advance with Building Management. Loading dock usage is not permitted outside these hours due to the City of Seattle Noise Ordinance.
Large deliveries include, but are not limited to:
Any move activity (in or out of the building, or between tenant spaces) must be scheduled between 6:00pm and 10:00pm on weekdays, or between 9:00am-9:00pm on weekends as not to interfere with regular freight elevator operations and alley congestion. Please see Move In/Out Recommendations section.
Any large delivery not scheduled with Building Management will be turned away.
The freight elevator must be used to transport items being delivered to the suites, to and from the loading dock.

Freight Elevator Usage:
The freight elevator is reserved for vendors, tenants with large deliveries/carts and passengers with animals only. All other passengers are required to take the passenger elevators to their destination floors. Individuals who are not in compliance will be reported to their respective company for violation of the policy. Building Security will be monitoring freight elevator traffic to ensure compliance.

- Any delivery over seven (7) feet in height or width, or any delivery that required a dedicated freight elevator or multiple elevator loads
