Janitorial Services
Janitorial services at Madison Centre are scheduled Sunday through Thursday, starting at 6:00pm.

Recycling:
Please deposit recyclable material in recycle bins located in your suite (all paper, cardboard, broken down boxes, aluminum and plastic) the janitorial staff will remove them during their routine service.
Composting:
Composting is available at Madison Centre. Please inform Building Management if you will be composting and we will provide the proper composting garbage bags for your bin. Janitorial will remove your compost during their routine service and replace with new composting bag.
Tenant Spaces:
Nightly
- Vacuum all carpeted areas including under desks, conference tables and large pieces of furniture; moving any light furniture, such as chairs, and replacing to its original position and edge vacuuming along baseboards.
- Spot clean carpet where necessary to remove stains.
- Sweep and damp mop all hard-surfaced floors, removing any noticeable scuff marks and floor spots.
- Dust wipe all horizontal surfaces within reach including window ledges, wainscots, baseboards, ledges, moldings and banker-type partitions.
- Dust all desks, tables and chairs, working around personal belongings.
- Spot clean all glass entry doors and relights.
- Spot clean all doors, walls, and cabinets to remove fingerprints, smudges, and spills, paying particular attention to walls around switch plates and near trash containers.
- Remove all trash from wastebaskets and deposit in the building trash dumpsters.
- Remove all paper, plastic, aluminum and glass recyclables and deposit in the building recycling compactor. (cardboard to be broken down and loose or shredded paper put in bags)
- Wipe down sink, exposed countertops, tables and chairs in lunchroom areas.
- Clean and disinfect all telephones.
- Polish all wood furniture that is free of paper and debris.
- Dust all ceiling vents and mini-blinds.
- Scrub and wax all VCT tile flooring.
- High-dust all moldings, door frames, window mullions, etc.
Restrooms:
Nightly
- Clean and sanitize toilets (seats, tanks, base, fixtures and partitions).
- Clean and sanitize urinals (flush valves, partitions and attachments).
- Clean and sanitize sinks, countertops and fixtures.
- Spot clean mirror glass.
- Dust tops of all partitions, ledges and mirrors.
- Replenish toilet tissue, hand soap, paper towels and other restroom supplies.
- Sweep and mop tile floors with a neutral cleaner.
- Empty wastebaskets and replace liners.
- Wash clean all restroom partitions and walls.
- Disinfect restroom floors, especially around toilet bases.
- Fill sanitary napkin machines.
- Polish all stainless hardware and dispenser units.
- Pour hot water with soap down drains.
- Machine scrub and disinfect all bathroom floors.
- Vacuum dust from restroom exhausts fans.
- High-dust mirror tops and partition tops and ledges.
Recycling:
