Code of Conduct
In order to provide a safe secure and pleasant environment, we kindly ask your cooperation in complying with the following activities while visiting this building. Your entry constitutes your consent to abide by all posted rules governing conduct, traffic, and parking.
These activities are prohibited:
Any designee of Building Management, including Security Officers may enforce this Code of Conduct. A violation of these rules may result in expulsion from the property or other legal action, as Building Management deems appropriate.
Common Area Code of Conduct
These activities are prohibited:
- Use of loud, obscene, or offensive language or gestures.
- Loitering, standing or walking in a manner which is likely to interfere with others.
- Running, shouting, horseplay, throwing any type of object, littering, disorderly or disruptive conduct of any nature.
- Use of skateboards, roller-skates, roller-blades, scooter, bicycles, and the like.
- Use of any property in an improper or unsafe manner.
- Smoking inside the building or smoking within 25 feet of any building entrance or exit.
- Solicitation or leafleting without the prior written agreement of the management of the building.
- Failing to be fully clothed or wearing inappropriate apparel; sexually gesturing or any sexually explicit conduct.
- Animals except as permitted by law or pre-approved by the management of the building.
- The playing of music/messages, musical instruments, singing, yelling, intimidation or in any way creating a disturbance or disruption to the buildings patrons or its commercial function.
- Engaging in non-commercial expressive activity without the prior written permission of the management of the building and in accordance with the building’s rules for such activities.
- Possessing any open can, bottle or other receptacle containing any alcoholic beverage except in areas specifically designed for the consumption of alcohol.
- Possession of a weapon, even if legally carried, except by law enforcement officer.
- Defacing, damaging or destroying any building or personal property constituting part of, or located in, the building and belonging to the building, its patrons, or tenants including writing, spraying, scratching or otherwise affixing graffiti on such property.
- Any act defined by Federal, State or Local Law constituting a criminal offense.
Any designee of Building Management, including Security Officers may enforce this Code of Conduct. A violation of these rules may result in expulsion from the property or other legal action, as Building Management deems appropriate.
Common Area Code of Conduct
- Sleeping is prohibited in common areas.
- Shoes must be worn on the property.
- Cleats are prohibited.
- Headphones must be used when listening on personal audio devices, including but not limited to: cell phones, tablets, mp3 players, and Bluetooth speakers.
- Conversations in common areas must be kept to a reasonable indoor volume as not to disturb other tenants and guests.
